About the Journal
THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Ife Journal of Educational Management and Policy Analysis (IJEMPA) is the official publication of the Department of Educational Management, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. The journal is primarily devoted to meeting the needs of both theory and practice of educational management. Papers submitted should, therefore, focus on ‘theories behind policies’ and ‘practices around pedagogy’. The contribution should be in line with best practices in research reporting. Authors who submit papers for consideration in IJEMPA get timely feedback while accepted papers are promptly published and receive widespread readership
